Living mindfully
Your Life. Your Way
I help people live more mindfully, so they can listen to what their body is telling them.
Coaching conversations are for those seeking better – more. For those of us who believe that life is precious and that we should not settle just because others do.
I want to empower you to live your life, without apologies. I can support you in finding your way to live the life you want (and not someone else’s).
I offer:
-
Personal development coaching;
-
Wellbeing coaching (health, wellness, wellbeing at work);
-
Mindfulness coaching.
What is Coaching?
Unlike other methods (like mentoring or counselling), coaching is action-oriented and future focused.
Working with a coach can help you bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be - much faster than on your own.
It can also support you in maintaining a sense of achievement in your personal journey. It gives you the opportunity to clarify your thinking, to discover more about yourself and then, to feel empowered to take incremental actions.
Is coaching for me?
YES: if you are interested in personal development.
YES: if you are willing to take small yet consistent actions.
YES: if you cannot wait to get started.
NO: if you do not want to change anything in your life right now.
Get in touch if any of these resonate with you:
-
You are seeking more balance in your life;
-
You know things cannot go on as they are and you need to figure out a way forward;
-
You know what you want to change, but unsure where to start;
-
You know where you are headed and would welcome someone to keep you on track.
Mindfulness and Wellbeing Coaching
Wellbeing goes beyond the absence of disease - it is about thriving, about feeling alive, rather than just surviving.
It is about a more balanced life, one that is aligned to your values and beliefs.
My signature programme centres around mindful living and introducing healthy habits to support your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. Together we will create your personalised wellbeing toolbox and I will support you every step of your wellbeing journey.
Mindful wellbeing works well for those who want to make peace with their bodies, find their inner calm, or improve their health and overall wellbeing.
“There is not one big cosmic meaning for all;
there is only the meaning we each give to our life,
an individual meaning, an individual plot,
like an individual novel, a book for each person.”
Anaïs Nin, The Diary of Anaïs Nin, 1934–1939

“From awareness comes choice.
From awareness comes integrity.
From awareness comes a deep and loving responsibility to
keep choosing the path that leads you to your most authentic origin.
Begin to love yourself so much
that all your living aligns with and reflects that love.
This you deserve!"
Sarah Blondin, “I would like to give you permission”, Live Awake

Mindful Wellbeing
Wellbeing goes beyond the absence of disease - it is about thriving, about feeling alive, rather than just surviving.
My mindful Wellbeing Coaching programme centres around mindful living and introducing healthy habits around one or all of the four pillars for a healthier life: mindful eating, mindful movement, sleep & relaxation, and joy & happiness.
Throughout our 6 sessions together, we will create your personalised well-being toolbox, taking small consistent steps towards a more balanced and mindful life and a happier YOU.
Testimonials
"Eva has a very serene and calming demeanour that instantly puts you at ease, and she’s a pleasure to talk to. Her thoughtful questioning style was able to help me learn about myself, and habits that I’ve cultivated as a response to my low self-esteem and enabled me to identify the things I can differently.
Through coaching I learnt that I know the answers, I just need to think things through and have the confidence to realise that I can do things. It helped me create awareness of my habits, behaviours, and low self-esteem, and how I can manage these things and improve them going forwards. It sounds like a small thing but a huge benefit to me that I’ve worked on in coaching has been to learn to value my own time. I’d recommend Eva as a coach to anyone who wants to aid their personal growth." (RC, Gloucester, UK.)
"Eva has been an incredible coach for me over the past 6 months. My main goal was to be able to have a better life work balance whilst doing the work that I love. The coaching process helped me to realise what it is that I most enjoy and to streamline my work to focus on that whilst also freeing up important family time. Without coaching I don’t think I would have kept my sanity over the last 6 months… It has helped me massively to keep all my tasks manageable (or as manageable as they could be) and understand what it is that I want to be doing and why." (Claire Rosling, Frome, UK)
"Eva quickly put my mind at ease, and guided me to find solutions for myself to the difficulties I’d been having. The biggest surprise for me was that amongst the little epiphanies that I became accustomed to experiencing was a sizeable epiphany that helped me make sense of larger patterns of behaviour that had been troubling me and hampering my personal growth for over ten years." (K., London, UK)
"I would wholeheartedly recommend Eva. Her calm, reassuring style put me at ease. She helped me to focus and reenergise, coming out of lockdown, at a time when I was feeling particularly despondent. With Eva's guidance I have gained clarity and my sense of purpose."
(Mindy, Cheltenham, UK)
"Throughout our coaching sessions Eva encouraged me to reflect about my life, about what makes me happy and gives me joy, and to focus on my objectives. I really like how Eva with her kindness, calm and down-to-earth nature helped me to identify my goals and purpose, and helped me to take small actions to achieve them." (José Alcazar, Cheltenham, UK)
"Eva allowed me to look at what I have accomplish over the past, quite challenging couple of years. I had underestimated what I have managed to achieve and Eva enabled me to really look at this. She helped me look at what is stopping me from achieving my overall goal and to work ways around this. Eva is a very calm, patient and ‘quietly keeping me focussed’ coach! I thoroughly enjoyed our sessions and would highly recommend Eva to be your coach!" (Lucy Warwick, UK)
