This is me
Eva Dias Krainitzki (pronouns she/her)
My name is Eva and I am the founder of Your Way Yoga & Wellbeing.
I believe that yoga is for everybody, and I am committed to sharing yoga and mindfulness-based tools for positive body image and healthy living with all.
I am a certified Yoga for All teacher and a mindfulness and well-being coach.
For me, yoga and mindfulness have been an integral part of my decade-long wellbeing journey - towards self-acceptance and body positivity, towards a more fulfilling life that is true to my values and beliefs.
I know what it is like to struggle with low self-esteem, bad body image, disordered eating, and the shame that comes with feeling that I’m not enough.
Yoga has helped me to fully inhabit my body, to connect fully, to befriend my body as an ally, rather than an enemy.
Practice with me. I offer classes online via zoom and in person in the sunny Algarve.

My Yoga
Since completing my Yoga Alliance training in 2017 (200 RYT), I have been dedicated to sharing tools and practices for inner calm, mindful living and positive embodiment.
As a certified Yoga for All teacher, I adopt an inclusive approach to yoga to empower anyone to practice, regardless of their shape, size, or level of ability. I take inspiration from different teachers to craft a type of yoga that fits around you and your body.
In my classes, I introduce body-positive language and trauma-informed principles and you are invited to inhabit your body as it is and to feel empowered to make choices that serve you in that moment.
I came to yoga late and it wasn’t love at first sight. With a background in martial arts, it took me a long time to fully appreciate the benefits of a slower, gentler practice. The promise of a more peaceful mind drew me back to yoga again and again, until I became hooked. It is never too late and you are never too young, too old, too stiff or too unfit to start enjoying the benefits of yoga.
My Coaching
With a wealth of experience in the UK Higher Education sector, and having worked as mentor for colleagues and as doctoral supervisor, training as a personal coach seemed like a logical next step. Studying for the Personal Performance Coaching Diploma with the Coaching Academy, further enhanced my skills and provided the competencies to work as a professional coach.
I offer coaching conversations to help you get "unstuck". I have worked with academics, social entrepreneurs, and other professional women who were looking for some direction in their personal or professional life. I have worked with individuals who needed to make big changes around their lifestyle and helped them improve their well-being by taking small targeted action steps.
I want to empower you to live your life, your way, without apologies. Our lives are too precious to waste living someone else's dream.
Find out if coaching is for you.
