Hi, I'm Eva
I'm the founder of Your Way Wellbeing. I believe that yoga is for everybody, and I am committed to sharing yoga and mindfulness-based tools for positive body image and healthy living with all.
I am a certified Yoga for All teacher and a mindfulness and well-being coach.
For me, yoga and mindfulness have been an integral part of my decade-long well-being journey - towards self-acceptance and body positivity, towards a more fulfilling life that is true to my values and beliefs.
I know what it is like to struggle with low self-esteem, bad body image, disordered eating, and the shame that comes with feeling that I’m not enough.
Yoga has helped me to fully inhabit my body, to connect fully, to befriend my body as an ally, rather than an enemy.
